The City Manager ensures&nbsp;a&nbsp;safe and efficient parking operation, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations.&nbsp;If you got what it takes to provide a hands-on operation focus while delivering exceptional customer service and an innovative thinker, we’ve got a City Manager role just for you!&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We Want From You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10-15 years’ experience in operational management/general management with evidence of increasing responsibility/promotion to higher levels of impact.&nbsp;</li> <li>Previous P&amp;L ownership over a fast-paced business with familiarity and comfort with the numbers of the business.</li> <li>Previous experience interacting across multiple functions and with various organizational stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Marketing etc.)</li> <li>Experience in property management to include landlord relationship</li> <li>Ability to seek new sources of revenue</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities</li> <li>Ability to prepare and present recommendations to clients and decision-makers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established KPI’s</li> <li>Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong communication, business writing skills, organizational and analytical skills</li> <li>Exceptional customer service skills</li> <li>Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations</li> <li>Possess strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation or issue, determine options and select the most effective solution in a timely and efficient manner</li> <li>Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
