<p><strong>Who You Will Work For</strong></p> <p>REEF’s mission is to connect the world to your block.&nbsp;</p> <p>We transform underutilized urban spaces into neighborhood hubs that connect people to locally curated goods, services, and experiences.</p> <p>With an ecosystem of 4,500 locations and a team of 15,000 people, REEF is the largest operator of mobility, logistics hubs, and neighborhood kitchens in North America.</p> <p>Together we are leveraging the power of proximity&nbsp;to keep our communities moving forward in a sustainable and thoughtful way.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Overview:&nbsp;</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the voice of the {ENTER REGIONAL / INSURGENT / LOCAL}&nbsp;brand under your management with REEF&nbsp;</li> <li>Build a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members and outside partners</li> <li>The Account Manager will develop brand strategies, promote growth and expansion and use a variety of data to drive volume and profitability&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Partner Communication&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li>Ensure prompt follow-ups and quickly implementing changes</li> <li>Hold regularly scheduled meetings, as needed, with each brand to assist them in the optimization for REEF</li> </ul> </li> <li>Delivery Platforms:&nbsp; <ul> <li>QA menu’s before we go live as we see wrong menus on a consistent basis&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Make sure all storefronts are OrderLord integrated</li> <li>Responsible for requesting that all new brands be integrated into UE data Studio and Chartio</li> <li>Understand pressing issues that affect our brands like driver availability, visibility on the DSP’s and positioning&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Performance <ul> <li>Managers to monitor brand Pilot performance of brands, post-launch&nbsp;</li> <li>Making sure all 4 DSP’s are being scrapped into Tableau</li> <li>Responsible for all reporting from Launch through Expansion lifecycle of brand&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide insights and feedback on systematic issues that are affecting MSA’s overall like weather, riots, driver availability issues, COVID closures and others</li> <li>Work with necessary stakeholders to align on data discrepancy issues on a daily/weekly basis</li> </ul> </li> <li>Operations: <ul> <li>Confirm that vessels where our brands are live are up and running on a daily and weekly basis, have clear insight into Ops issues that affect brand ratings, defect, decreased sales&nbsp;</li> <li>Regular communication with Live Ops team on closures due to weather / ops related concerns and communicate to brand as these updates happen in real time&nbsp;</li> <li>Make sure all deliveries from the PK is being made on time and with the appropriate product for the brands</li> </ul> </li> <li>Work with Activation team on any requested culinary changes to the menu, LTOs and updates needed for training materials post-launch&nbsp;</li> <li>Finance <ul> <li>Once Post Pilot Assessments are complete, partner with Finance to set up Brand&nbsp;for Royalty Payments</li> <li>Work to align with Finance on royalty payments for brands when discrepancies occur&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Responsible for Expansion Vessel Allocation requests to Expansion / Growth Team&nbsp; <ul> <li>After post-pilot assessment approved, submit the brand for expansion to the Brand Allocation Request Form​</li> <li>Communicate all equipment, capex approvals, and launch dates to Growth with Brand information, consumer demographics, and propose MSA&nbsp;</li> <li>Source of truth for all necessary documentation needed to drive strategy for Expansion Location selection&nbsp;– order guide, smallwares, final menu, special equipment, restricted areas for expansion</li> <li>Work with expansions team to get potential locations and approximate timelines for expansion​</li> <li>Get brand approval for expansion locations and set expectations on timelines ​</li> </ul> </li> <li>Responsible for creating &amp;&nbsp;maintaining <a href="">Expansion Trackers</a> for Expansions related to their Brands&nbsp; <ul> <li>Partner with Expansion Directors on project management of Brand Expansion rollouts</li> <li>Responsible for all reporting of Expansion performance&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>Marketing <ul> <li>Work with marketing manager point&nbsp;to craft strategy for brand expansions and execute on them&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>What We will Provide</strong></p> <p>Medical<br>Dental<br>Vision</p> <p>Life and Disability <br>401K<br>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> <p>REEF Technology is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
