<p><strong>Who You’ll Work For </strong></p> <p>REEF transforms Urban Spaces into Community hubs that create jobs and bring new goods, services and experiences to the neighborhood.</p> <p>With an ecosystem of 5,000 locations and a team that’s over 18,000 strong, REEF is the largest operator of parking real estate and delivery restaurants in North America.</p> <p>By connecting the world to your block, we’re making the place you live, the place you love to be.</p> <p><strong>PRINCIPAL DUTIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with sign installation and/removal, litter pick-up and garbage removal&nbsp;</li> <li>Snow removal and pressure washing as directed&nbsp;</li> <li>Representing the company in the case of accidents within the facility&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinating with the property security as required with any garage and/or parking related issue&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with repair of broken gate arms&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> <li>Interact face to face with our customers (Service is priority)&nbsp;</li> <li>Must ensure that the site at which the individual is working is kept clean, neat, and free of any obstacles in accordance with the requirements of that site using the equipment required/provided to perform these duties&nbsp;</li> <li>Has control of all tools and equipment required to perform his/her duties&nbsp;</li> <li>Make suggestions and recommendations relating to the way various jobs are performed&nbsp;</li> <li>Consults with his/her supervisor or manager regarding items of relevance to the parking operation&nbsp;</li> <li>Each employee is required to log all the issues/events in the log book, and bring them to the attention of his/her direct supervisor&nbsp;</li> <li>In problem situations the jobholder will coordinate, in order to achieve a resolution through his dealings, with his his/her supervisors or manager&nbsp;</li> <li>Act as a front line employee which is considered an extremely important function of this position&nbsp;</li> <li>Uniforms must be worn when on duty in a neat and well groomed manner. Appearance is representative of the company&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for prioritization of various jobs with his/her supervisors/manager&nbsp;</li> <li>Responsible for tracking levels of stock as well as supplies&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Want From You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience with general repairs and maintenance functions&nbsp;</li> <li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;</li> <li>Basic Technical Education&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’ll Provide </strong></p> <p><strong>(Full-Time Employee Only)</strong><br>Medical<br>Dental<br>Vision</p> <p>Life and Disability <br>401K<br>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Move around the property by walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of&nbsp;shift</li> <li>Occasionally position self in order to perform maintenance and repair tasks by bending or&nbsp;stooping</li> <li>Perform maintenance tasks by occasionally climbing and&nbsp;reaching</li> <li>Occasionally lift and carry maintenance equipment and machinery, up to 50&nbsp;lbs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <p>Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather.
