By connecting the world to your block, we’re making the place you live, the place you love to be.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>This position will primarily perform a range of general receptionist, clerical, accounting and bookkeeping support functions within our parking operation. Tasks might include but are not limited to compiling, managing and executing customer billing, answering phones, assisting customers in the office and processing cash transactions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>General financial reporting including daily, weekly, monthly, annual reports<br>• AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cash management, cash receipts<br>• Data entry and reconciling<br>• Auditing and loss prevention<br>• Working with various parking software programs<br>• Coordinating and communicating with various organizations<br>• Review and verify accuracy of customer billing<br>• Answering phones, providing customer service, resolving customer inquiries<br>• Signing customers up for various parking programs<br>SKILLS:<br>• Data entry abilities and mathematical aptitude and proficiency<br>• Cash handling skills<br>• Strong multitasking abilities<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>• Critical thinking ability<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Office<br>• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br>• Be able to provide customer service, resolve disputes, think quickly<br>• Be adaptable and flexible, utilizing good judgement, problem solving and decision making skills<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Want From You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;At least 18 years of age</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li> <li>Previous accounting &amp; managerial experience a plus</li> <li>Self starter who expresses initiative, resourcefulness, and flexibility in handling variety of daily work responsibilities</li> <li>Able to adapt to ever changing priorities and work demands</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to lead and direct others</li> <li>Attention to detail with strong customer service and communications skills</li> <li>Clean criminal and driving record<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical</li> <li>Dental</li> <li>Vision</li> <li>Life and Disability</li> <li>401K</li> <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li> </ul> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong></p> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally move around the property by walking for extended periods of time.</li> <li>Frequently operate small office equipment such as cash register, calculator, copier/printer</li> <li>Will remain in seated position for extended periods of time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:&nbsp;</strong><br>Work is performed in indoor as well as outdoor environments.
