This position oversees and supports Grocery team members to sustain smooth and efficient overall operation of the business.</p> <p><strong>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensures and monitors day-to-day Grocery operations in accordance with set standards.</li> <li>Oversees and assures all orders are being fulfilled appropriately and assigned to correct vessel.</li> <li>Supports employee engagement and communication throughout assigned grocery vessels.</li> <li>Fills and identifies any gaps in daily shifts for both associates and drivers.</li> <li>Documents all violations of company policies and procedures including tardiness and absences while ensuring accurate tracking and communication of missed shifts.</li> <li>Coaches employees and provides feedback to employees as required</li> <li>Conducts inventory audit and ensures accurate Product Availability in DSP’s.</li> <li>Observes all safety protocols are being followed from the associate level shift to shift and takes actions to correct any areas of opportunity.</li> <li>Ensures all vessel equipment is working properly and escalates any maintenance needed within each vessel.</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned and modified by manager.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Want From You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership skills and ability perform independently without constant supervision</li> <li>Strong operational and inventory management skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to multi-task, investigate, analyze and problem-solve complex issues.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external teams/customers.</li> <li>Comfortable and effective in eliminating barriers and working across organizational, functional boundaries to achieve corporate objectives.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a complex and changing environment.</li> <li>Able to drive and manage change and comfortable making decisions.</li> <li>Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, reprioritize tasks, establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Ability to establish standard operating procedures and process flows across cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Team-player and entrepreneurial mindset.</li> <li>Results-oriented and customer-focused.</li> <li>Able to complete day to day tasks within constrains of available resources.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both written and oral.</li> <li>1-2 years relevant work experience in an operational and/start-up environment.</li> <li>Previous experience in inventory management and operational excellence preferred.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).</li> <li>Willing to travel within same region around 30% as requested by leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’ll Provide</strong></p> <p><strong>(Full-Time Employee Only)</strong><br>Medical<br>Dental<br>Vision</p> <p>Life and Disability<br>401K<br>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p> <p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</strong><br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally move around the property by walking for extended periods of time.</li> <li>Frequently operate small office equipment such as cash register, calculator, copier/printer</li> <li>Will remain in seated position for extended periods of time.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in indoor as well as outdoor environments.</li> <li>Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather.</li> <li>Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>REEF Technology is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity at our company.
