Job Description

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for working with our Network OS Product organization in the expansion of REEF’s Network OS technology’s capabilities that relate to the fulfillment of Kitchens, Retail, Logistics, and Micro Fulfillment transactions. The focus of this position is to work with the Business, Engineering, Design, and Launch to expand REEF’s current offerings through the building of new, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the company’s expansion into newly established Network OS verticals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Executing the Product vision for Network OS’s Micro-Fulfillment and Logistics (MF+L) vertical through delivery of high quality solutions that require coordination with cross functional stakeholders.
• Support the creation of the MF+L Product Roadmap in coordination with the Business, Product Managers, and Engineering.
• Deploy case-study management, competitive analysis, and SME best practices towards MF+L technologies
• Work with Product Managers to establish OKRs for the business and develop dashboards with the Data Team to track, and communicate, those OKRs to internal audiences.
• Undertake root cause analysis to understand why OKRs are not meeting the defined SLAs, and work with Product Mangers on developing solutions to improve performance.
• Manage Jira boards for the MF+L Agile team by ensuring backlogs are well organized, user stories capture business needs accurately with all required mockups and acceptance criteria, and active sprints are prioritized according to business needs and value.
• Work with QA in the testing of features/functions prior to Sprint Reviews and Product deployment.
• Prepare Sprint Reviews and all release documentation aimed at communicating achievement of Sprint goals and to also communicate what is coming next.
• Partnering closely with Technical Delivery in the creation of training material and communication when rolling out new features/functions to the field


What We Need From You 

• Proven product leader with a minimum of 5years experience  in the Logistics industry, specifically working with Last Mile delivery.
• Big picture thinking and a love for implementing process efficiencies  
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management and prioritization skills  
• Building and maintaining cross-functional relationships along with communicating with engineers and executives in the same breath  
• Effectively operate in an ambiguous environment and independently create necessary direction for progress  
• Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle  
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
