 What You’ll Do

  • Lead a cross functional team of professionals to provide a complex network of mobile and virtual assets to the REEF Business Units (RBU) while balancing competitive advantage through speed to market and technology with total cost of ownership/operation to ensure RBU profitability.
  • Collaborate with RBU to develop an asset strategy and evaluate the impact of new business opportunities on REEF Asset Strategic Plan.
  • Collaborate with Partnership brands for technical business development.
  • Lead and develop new product models.
  • Identify and acquire mobile and virtual assets that enable RBU’s to enjoy competitive advantages and grow revenue and EBITDA
  • Build and lead a team of cross functional professionals to establish a cache of technical expert team members capable of rapid development and assessment for new asset deployment.
  • Develop and sustain a department budget. Collaborate with REEF leaders to obtain approval and report budget performance.
  • Develop processes and procedures for the entire life cycle of an asset (design, allocate, maintain, retrofit, redeploy)
  • Comprehending and ensuring that all assets are developed in compliance with REEF quality standards as well as safety and health regulations

  • Develop & Execute New Asset Entry to Service Process

What We Want From You

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience in large scale asset life cycle management ($20M+ Asset Value and/or 100+ items)
  • Experience in operating/capital expense budgets in excess of $50M


  • Experience as General Manager or P&L owner ($10M or more)
  • Experience in product development and design
  • Experience in engineering and/or operations.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Up to 25% of duties will also be performed in the field.
