What You’ll Do
This is an exciting new opportunity to utilize your creative and technical skills to help shape the future of HR Information Systems at REEF. You will be the bridge between HR and Information Technology, providing superior consulting and technical expertise to improve HR processes and user experience with the system. You are an innovator, problem-solver, and subject matter expert, which will be essential for systems process improvement, systems configuration and integrations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Partners with various stakeholders within and outside of HR to gather, define and document functional requirements based on their workflow and processes.
Test, validate and deploy HR Systems configuration across different modules (e.g., HR Core, Time and Attendance, Payroll).
Identifies and resolves issues pertaining to system configuration, usage, and integration.
Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Confirm accuracy and maintain integrity of all data entered in HRIS.
Performs group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepancies.
Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Responds to and troubleshoots Tier II+ support tickets.
Assist and support others on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed.
Participates in special projects as assigned.
What We Want From You:
3- 5 years of experience with HR information systems
Highly technical understanding of at least one enterprise HRIS (preferably UKG/UltiPro and/or Kronos)
HRIS implementation experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
Thorough understanding of all areas of HR information systems, including HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills while supporting multiple projects
Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
relationship building and customer service oriented
