What You’ll Do

  • Assist in preparation of LL Reports
  • Assist and review w/various complex reporting and/or accounting requirements
  • Ensure landlord reporting and internal deadlines are met
  • Set and monitor goals for subordinates including completion of annual appraisals
  • Ensure accounting adherence to GAAP, and company accounting policies and procedures
  • Completion of monthly accounting, close related reporting in a timely manner according to established deadlines
  • Interpretation of contracts and their accurate reflection in the accounting records and LL reporting
  • Responsible for ensuring appropriate approvals, coding, management reports, lot set up, lot closures, and lot amendments
  • Authorize and ensure monthly landlord reports, lease and advance payments are completed as requested
  • Prepare Day After Reporting and Quarterly Reporting for regional cities with accurate and financially relevant variance analysis
  • Assist as required reviewing and/or preparation of monthly balance sheet packages for accuracy and integrity with effective staff training and follow up
  • Work with Operations Staff, within Region on Accounting related issues
  • Liaise with various Operational and Accounting staff among other regional Impark accounting centers and branches.
  • Prepare and liaise with various Landlord contacts for specialized financial analysis reporting requirements.
  • Ensure reconciliations of clearing and bank accounts
  • Preparing all Corporate and Regional variance reports – Investigate and work with operations to accurately capture financially relevant reasons for variances.
  • Approve and /or prepare Tax reporting and reconciliations to various Governmental Agencies (Sales, Parking via EFT, etc).
