- Filing, faxing and answering multiple phone calls. - Review and compile various reports. - Ordering, logging and auditing office supplies and uniform equipment. - Create spreadsheets, internal documents and memos. - Maintain front office, schedule and maintain calendar events. - Assists Management with daily tasks as necessary. - Attend meetings and events as needed. - Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
