What You’ll Do

As an Application Support Specialist you’ll be an integral part of a support team responsible for the day to day administration, monitoring, and level 2 application support of key business systems used by REEF. This role is part of a larger support team providing dedicated 24x7x365 level 2 system support of the a delivery platform aggregation and integration service.

You will monitor and administer the platform workflows, support system integrations with third-party platforms, drive problem resolution, and test systems for efficiency. This includes maintaining the stability and usability of the system through configuration, development, and administration including upgrades, patching and integrations. The Application Support Specialist is focused on operational excellence and automation to continuously bring value and efficiencies across the organization.
