What You’ll Do

The Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Manager. Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks providing customer support in escalated situations. 
-Managing the overall workflow of a workplace. 
-Schedule and coordinate meetings. 
-Conduct employee performance reviews. 
-Develop good customer relationships. 
-Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes. 
-Smooth out problems within the workplace. 
-Address employee and customer concerns. 
-Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement. 
-Email and phone correspondence. 
-Liaise between managers, customers and employees. 
-Provide direction to staff. 
-Monitor spending patterns and budget. 
-Fill in for Manager in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability. 
The Supervisor is responsible for many crucial business aspects and variety of skills and qualifications including: 
-Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively. 
-Strong leadership and initiative. 
-Excellent delegator and mediator. 
-People person, able to provide excellent customer service.

-Strong attention to detail and able to multitask. 
-Confident, proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges. 
-Great listening skills and able to take direction from individuals in higher-level positions.

Move around the property by walking for extended periods of time, sometimes for entire duration of shift 
Occasionally position self in order to perform maintenance and repair tasks by bending or stooping 
Perform maintenance tasks by occasionally climbing and reaching 
Occasionally lift and carry maintenance equipment and machinery, up to 50 lbs. 


Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
