Essential Job Functions
Our Training Chefs are responsible for overseeing the training and development of our Head Chefs. It’s an intense start up role, where no day looks alike, and to succeed you need to be self-motivated, highly analytical, and have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
As a training chef, you’ll be responsible for coordinating with the operations manager and HR to ensure a well-trained workforce. You’ll need to hustle to get things done – this role is all about being entrepreneurial, highly adaptable, and ambitious to meet and exceed your goals.
