What You’ll Do

In the Sales and Partnership Manager, REEF RETAIL role you will lead negotiations on our dark retail product and value proposition. You will generate strategic opportunity with national, mid-market, top local retailer and CPG brands.

  • Business Development – Build relationship with key Partners, Execute on the business sales strategy and play a key role in business performance.  
  • Conduct market research, use data-driven- decision making to drive sales and experiment new opportunities.
  • Extract maximum value from each Partner by up-selling and cross-selling services and products to tailor offerings
  • Lead cross-functional efforts working closely with the Merchandising, Supply Chain, Brand Success and Marketing teams to ensure success of each Partnership.
  • Develop deep understanding of the competitive environment for assigned areas to assess overall impact on business.
  • Perform competitive market and brand analysis to develop growth strategy for specific markets.
  • Share any relevant information, insight and report with Partners, own the relationship nurturing and generate expansion opportunity.
  • Assist in brand launch as needed and ensure execution is up to specifications agreed. ​

  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly.
