What You’ll Do

The Brand Success Manager will develop brand strategies, promote growth and expansion and use a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Responsibilities to include: 

  • Be the voice of the accounts under your management within REEF 
  • Manage and execute brand onboarding process between agreement to go-live​, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon partner specifications 
  • Collaborate on KPI dashboards and translate performance results to leadership​ 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional activities, ensuring prompt follow-up and efficient implementation of changes 
  • Proactively present clients with opportunities/ideas compatible with the Company’s objectives and the client’s goals that will generate additional revenue 
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with brand partners and manage various account functions by consistently delivering best-in-class service 

What We Want From You:

    • 3-5 years of experience working in brand success, account management or other similar roles 
    • A strong startup and strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude - You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
    • Results oriented attitude with a bias for action 
    • Exceptional social, verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence your peers 
    • Proven track-record of process improvement and measurable wins 
    • High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness to internal and external partners 
    • Keen interest in last mile delivery, logistics and city infrastructure 
    • Demonstrated ability in crafting effective customer presentations 
    • Internal stakeholder management with demonstrated excellence in working in cross-functional setups 
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines 
    • Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly 
    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in project management tools 
    • Able to travel up to 30% of the time
