Brand Success Director - Real Estate as a Service

What You’ll Do 

As the Brand Success Director, you will engage brand partners in the Real Estate as a Service business vertical (including micro mobility, storage, digital advertising, EV charging, urban farming, among others) to develop and execute strategies, promote growth and expansion, and use a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. 

Responsibilities to include: 

  • Manage the relationships with brand partners to track and optimize performance and growth 
  • Develop the REEF Brand Partner onboarding playbook and process, as well as executing as the point of contact for all new and existing brands within the category  
  • Oversee brand partner onboarding, communications, and engagement, consistently delivering the REEF value proposition 
  • Establish and define metrics for success; Collaborate on KPI dashboards and translate performance results to leadership 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and lead cross-functional activities, ensuring prompt follow-up and efficient implementation of changes 
  • Proactively present brand partners with opportunities/ideas compatible with the REEF’s objectives and the partner's goals that will generate additional revenue 
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with brand partners and manage various account functions by consistently delivering best-in-class service 

What We Want From You: 

  • 6+ years of experience working in brand success, account management or other similar roles (Real Estate and PropTech a plus) 
  • A strong startup and strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude - You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
  • Results oriented attitude with a bias for action 
  • Exceptional social, verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence your peers 
  • Proven track-record of process improvement and measurable wins 
  • High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness to internal and external partners 
  • Keen interest in the real estate industry 
  • Demonstrated ability in crafting effective customer presentations 
  • Internal stakeholder management with demonstrated excellence in working in cross-functional setups 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines 
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly 
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in project management tools
