Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic thought leadership and planning to drive all brand initiatives
  • Be a problem solver rather than a problem spotter
  • Research trends, consumer insights, competition, and gaps for assigned brands.
  • Manage and develop assigned brands P&L and drive market growth.
  • Assist in the development of new products, working closely with the Product Development team.
  • Build a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members and outside partners.
  • Regularly provide feedback in terms of process, barriers, scope changes, internal and external partner concerns and overall budget.
  • Work closely with sales team to recognize areas of growth and improvement.
  • Manage and enhance a product’s brand or reputation.
  • Coordinate objectives with Marketing, Product Development and Sales Departments.
  • Recommend and conduct market research, including focus groups, play testing, etc.
  • Identify brand-building areas.
  • Devise innovative growth strategies
  • Align the stakeholders around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Report and work closely with the SVP of Brand Success, leading the definition of an effective brand success playbook
  • Be focused on driving both REEF and the accounts under management to success through the continuous extraction of data-driven insights and the delivery of results-oriented and revenue-driving organic and paid growth initiatives made available by the Growth team
  • Build strong and long-lasting relationships with brand partners and manage various accounts in full autonomy by constantly sharing information, fostering, recommending, creating and consistently delivering best-in-class service
  • Track progress against the goals, reach critical targets and maintain accurate information regarding the performance of each account under management constantly informing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in various teams and the client and lead cross-functional activities, ensuring prompt follow-ups and quickly implementing changes
  • Be the voice of the accounts under your management within the Company. Communicate/Translate brand requirements to culinary, marketing, operations teams and drive execution to completion
  • Implement the brand success playbook to ensure the success of each active partnership in various segments (local, regional and national restaurant brands, CPG brands and Corporates), encompassing both revenue generation and account retention
  • Work closely with the Growth team to identify and implement a set of organic and paid growth initiatives to exceed customer expectations and accelerate business growth
  • Lead the management and execution of the brand on-boarding process between partnership agreement and go live date
  • Apply learnings on accounts’ priorities and objectives through creative thinking and strategic problem solving
  • Proactively present clients with opportunities/ideas compatible with the Company’s objectives and the client’s goals that will generate additional revenue
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve client issues
  • Develop update documents respecting the deadlines
  • Demonstrate passion, commitment and integrity in all activities
  • Travel up to 30% of the time

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience working in brand success, account management or other similar roles
  • A strong startup and strategic mindset and a self-starter attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Results oriented attitude and ability to influence your peers
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track-record of process improvement and measurable wins 
  • High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness to internal and external partners
  • Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to perform forecasting, sensitivity analyses, financial management, and creating financial recommendations utilizing ROI analysis
  • Keen interest in food, logistics, city infrastructure 
  • Project management, account management or consulting experience
  • Highly hands-on attitude
  • Demonstrated ability in crafting effective customer presentations
  • Internal stakeholder management with demonstrated excellence in working in cross-functional setups
  • Excellent social, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders and ensure resolution is attained promptly
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in project management tools
