What You’ll Do

  • Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process.
  • Focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
  • Facilitate process improvement discussions, work with cross-functional teams and groups to accurately capture workflows and opportunities
  • Review intake of all workflow requests to properly assess needs and assign resources
  • Support with the rollout and design of BPM framework and methodology
  • Lead/Manage Process Improvement activities including but not limited to facilitated working groups and opportunity prioritization meetings and roll out
  • Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders
  • Oversee all aspects related to the implementation stages of business process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are revised, updated, and centrally located for accessibility by all teams who perform tasks within the process
  • Develop measurement tools and quality control points to enhance operating capabilities
  • Apply Six Sigma Methodology to identify and design opportunities to eliminate waste, cut cost and increase automation across functions
  • Conduct scheduled audits process
  • Works closely with the Technical Writer(s) to create instructions guides and/or job aids as needed

What We Want From You:

  • 3-5 years relevant work or internship experience in startups and operations.
  • 5-7 years in of related work in Business process Management
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and experience with SharePoint.
  • Experience with and understanding of Asana or similar project management tool.
  • Experience with Workflow design tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.
  • Ability to QA and troubleshoot data.
  • Diligent documentation and technical writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience in bringing innovative ideas to reality.
  • Confident working with limited resources under tight deadlines and ability to assess tough situations and make decisions independently.
  • Be a self-starter able to successfully manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Function as an empowered member of the BPM team and hold themselves accountable for team outcomes
  • Ability to communicate and empathize with different perspectives.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple parties and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
  • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
