What You’ll Do

The Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel facility that exceeds our customer’s expectations and leads to an excellent experience. This position is responsible for inspections in assigned property(s) and submits reports to the Supervisor regarding supply levels. The Ambassador works closely with fellow team members and Operations Managers to ensure that safety standards are met at all times.

  • Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition. 
  • At the end of each shift they ensure that all material that requires break down and storage is done, such signs umbrellas, canopies and cones. 
  • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. 
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward visitors, families, and co-workers 
  • Dispatch lighting, power, water, sewer vendors to re-supply before supply levels are low.  
  • Oversee successful completion of all re-supply issues (i.e. gas for generator, water, sewer) and confirm vendor arrives on-site and completes required re-supply. 
  • Monitor water/sewer tank for leaks and elevate issues to dispatch for speedy resolution. 
  • Dispatch appropriate vendor with specific description of troubleshooting needed (with pictures) for emergency issues.   
  • Mandate 4-hour SLA for resolution with vendors and be onsite to oversee tech vendor is making repairs to confirm all repairs are made successfully. 
  • Communicate all issues and resolutions to Carbon Health on-site staff and Practice Manager (and others) on a regular basis. 
  • Perform scheduled maintenance of parking area on as needed basis (i.e. power wash). 
  • Assure that all persons entering the building are authorized to do so. 
  • Promote an overall security and safety awareness throughout your assigned area or route of responsibility. 
  • Know location and operation of fire alarms, firefighting, first aid, and other safety equipment.  
  • Be alert to, and immediately report, persons engaging in prohibited behavior on the property 
  • Observe and report safety hazards. 
  • Provide appropriate assistance as needed to clients, their employees, guests and visitors in an expedient and professional manner. 
  • Promote good public relations through courteous helpful, and professional contact with tenants and guests to Client property. 
  • Enforce rules and policies of the property where assigned.  
  • Other duties may be assigned and modified by supervisor.

What We Want From You:

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. 
  • Strong attentiveness to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
  • High school graduate or GED (required) 
  • Able to read, speak and understand Basic English. 
  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)
