What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that you clock in beginning and end of your shift using an app based timekeeping program.
  • Adhering to REEF & Brewers dress code for proper attire and grooming.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment. Practicing social distancing and properly wearing your mask.
  • Cashiering using an iPhone type handheld system.
  • Reporting all odd occurrences or strange persons to a manager or supervisor.
  • Responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and precision.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers.
  • Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and saying “Welcome to American Family Field;”
  • Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand.
  • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand.
  • Ensuring your cash and tickets are sorted throughout the shift.
  • Preparing your credential log sheet with accuracy and neatness.
  • Reporting all overages and shortages.
  • Completing all REEF documents completely, accurately and neatly.
  • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently; and
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions including extreme heat and cold weather. Protection from weather conditions may be provided, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
