What You’ll Do
REEF Technology is seeking a highly-driven, trustworthy, personable, resourceful and adaptable leader to serve as the Chief Safety and Quality Officer (CSQ) reporting into the CEO office. This is a highly visible position within the organization, working with the executive leadership team, shareholders, third-party advisors and external counterparts.

The CSQ Officer will lead the safety and quality strategy operating across a multi-functional team during our next phase of growth and transformation - with a mission to make REEF more resilient and stronger.

The role is based at REEF’s headquarters in Miami, FL.
The CSQ leads and directs the safety strategy for our people within multiple areas such as our parking operations, hospitals, offices, airports, kitchen vessels and many other areas. Ensuring process improvement activities are viewed with utmost importance both from a safety and quality perspective - from food quality to quality in every step of daily process and procedures. The CSQ will work directly for the CEO office and develop strategic plans for both safety and quality improvements with regular updates and ongoing performance measures to senior management and our REEF employees.
The CSQ is accountable for ensuring that all quality and process improvement projects and campaigns meet the identified internal and external standards and is instrumental in promoting culture change by sharing best practices and effectively teaching, mentoring, and coaching other team members in process and change methodology. Develops relationships with our leaders and provides education and guidance regarding quality outcomes.
Leads initiatives related to country priorities and other office-wide performance improvement activities. This individual is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and business skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and outcomes.
Daily tasks will include leading process re-design, organization design, change management/communication activities as well as conduct training/mentoring of others related to building the improvement skill set. Build goal driven teams and engage individuals in activities that align with advancing the strategic business plan. In advancing these goals, the CSQ Officer uses specialized knowledge and skills related to goal development, attainment and communication for accelerated change and working out waste to improve quality people outcomes. Coordinates effective process of organization-wide approach to designing, measuring, assessing and improving performance.
Define, deliver and manage the safety roadmap, including architecture, policies, processes, and strategy within the organizational context.
