What You’ll Do

  The position of Supervisor reports to the Parking Manager. This Position is responsible for supervising shifts at a specific parking facility to supervise the employees; handle customer concerns that require a supervisor’s attention and ensure policies and procedure are being followed. You’ll mobilize your leadership, managerial, and people management acumen to drive effectiveness for REEF shift operations. From report development to post supervision, you’ll be responsible for the supervision of security professionals by deploying rapid mentorship, development, and disciplinary plans.

  • Responsible for supervising traffic directors and cash transactions with accuracy and precision:
  • Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that your timecard is punched at the beginning and end of your shift.
  • Adhering to Impark (Mets) dress code for proper attire and grooming.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Keeping money secure;
  • Report all odd occurrences or strange persons to a supervisor
  • Responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and precision.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by being pleasant, courteous and helpful to customers;
  • Greeting each customer with a friendly smile and a “Welcome to Citi Field;”
  • Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand
  • Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand;
  • Ensuring your cash and tickets are sorted throughout the shift;
  • Preparing your credential log sheet with accuracy and neatness;
  • Reporting all overages and shortages
  • Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly;
  • Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently; and
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Is responsible for ensuring smooth and safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians prior to the beginning and at the end of each event.

  • Displaying good verbal and visual communication skills; and
  • Displaying and demonstrating high-quality common sense.

What We Want From You:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous customer service experience, preferred
