What You’ll Do: 

Reporting to the EVP, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the parking operation, including client relationships, revenue control, contract management and negotiations, business development.  You’ll be responsible to drive revenue growth and owning the full P&L.  You’ll be mentoring a team of high performing managers to improve each location’s operational excellence.  Your strong communication and social skills allow for strong relationship-building with stakeholders, clients and contractors. The City Manager ensures a safe and efficient parking operation, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. If you got what it takes to provide a hands-on operation focus while delivering exceptional customer service and an innovative thinker, we’ve got a City Manager role just for you! 


What We Want From You:

  • 10-15 years’ experience in operational management/general management with evidence of increasing responsibility/promotion to higher levels of impact. 
  • Previous P&L ownership over a fast-paced business with familiarity and comfort with the numbers of the business.
  • Previous experience interacting across multiple functions and with various organizational stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Marketing etc.)
  • Experience in property management to include landlord relationship
  • Ability to seek new sources of revenue
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities
  • Ability to prepare and present recommendations to clients and decision-makers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven record of accomplishment in meeting or exceeding established KPI’s
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with an ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, business writing skills, organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to plan and organize workloads by establishing priorities and respecting deadlines, as well as the flexibility to accommodate unexpected situations
  • Possess strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze a situation or issue, determine options and select the most effective solution in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external parties
