What You'll Do:
The Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure a smooth operation of the parking facility, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Depending on the needs of the location the ambassador provides customer service, including helping customers with entry/exit transactions, maintaining parking equipment in operating condition with receipt paper and free of jams, providing vehicle jump starts to customers. Company vehicle provided. The Ambassador works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cleanliness as well as safety standards are met at all times.
We are currently looking for friendly, exceptional candidates to join our Command Call Center team. We need very dependable people who are committed and eager to learn and work with state of the art technology. The person must value customer service, be attentive while watching our parking camera system and dispatching service calls. Customer Service is a top priority and computer skills a plus.
The following is important to this position:
*Coaching customers on how to use the machines over the phone.
*Listening and then dispatching service calls to assist customer and employees.
*Communicating issues by radio and cell to supervisor and garage ambassadors.
*Helping with counts and reporting data in accordance with policy.
*Assisting with events, light maintenance and possible parking enforcement.
*The Command Center must help on Husker Home Football Game Days and other special events throughout the season.
The position is Wednesday-Sunday second shift 4PM-Midnight.
