What You’ll Do
This position is part of a highly visible team within the company that requires confident leadership and an entrepreneurial-minded individual comfortable with interacting with senior level stakeholders.
The role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a business, close partnership with our executive leadership team, and a platform to make a lasting impact.
Ideally, you will be an organizational change agent who ideates, deploys, and evaluates initiatives and programs to drive business goals, efficiency, and strategies. From engagement to partnerships and strategic relationships, you’ll interface with senior leaders and executives by providing strategic counsel and advice to drive REEF’s core business. By leveraging a strategic approach, you’ll showcase your mastery of critical thinking, methodical planning, and data analysis while championing work streams and business processes. If you’re analytical with a can-do attitude and an eye for asking the right questions at the right time, we have got a position for you.

Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
