What You’ll Do 

This position is part of a highly visible team within the company that requires confident leadership and an entrepreneurial-minded individual comfortable with interacting with senior level stakeholders. 

The role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a business, close partnership with our executive leadership team, and a platform to make a lasting impact. 

Ideally, you will be an organizational change agent who ideates, deploys, and evaluates initiatives and programs to drive business goals, efficiency, and strategies. From engagement to partnerships and strategic relationships, you’ll interface with senior leaders and executives by providing strategic counsel and advice to drive REEF’s core business. By leveraging a strategic approach, you’ll showcase your mastery of critical thinking, methodical planning, and data analysis while championing work streams and business processes. If you’re analytical with a can-do attitude and an eye for asking the right questions at the right time, we have got a position for you. 

  • Support execution of organic and inorganic M&A projects, including due diligence and deal execution. Work with various business units to evaluate opportunities through industry research, financial modelling, business information, valuation and return analysis 
  • Prepare corporate and business development financial models 
  • Support preparation of comprehensive investment committee and financial memos 
  • Develop data driven frameworks for evaluating revenue models 
  • Conduct strategic analysis of competitors and markets 
  • Create effective presentations to communicate analysis and findings to senior management and investors 
  • Facilitate the screening of new ventures and acquisition opportunities 
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders at various levels regularly 
  • Develop an understanding of competitive landscape (industry trends, competitor strategies) 
  • Support with special projects requested by Head of Corporate Strategy 

What We Want From You: 

  • Bachelors degree from a top tier institute in business administration, finance, economics or any quantitative field 
  • 2+ years of work experience, preferably with a top-tier management / strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital / private equity or technology firm preferred 
  • Strong financial modeling and excel skills. Knowledge of macros is a plus 
  • Excellent visual presentation skills, preferably with knowledge of Tableau 
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a passion for providing innovative and impactful insights through modeling and data analysis 
  • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to drive forward impactful changes 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects 
  • Familiarity with statistical/modeling packages and visualization programs 
  • Superior emotional intelligence with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous setting and superb attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to internalize feedback and improve through training 

Work is performed indoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
