Customer Service Supervisor @ Park Wilmington

Location: Wilmington, NC 

Full-time Position/Starting Pay $16/hour

What You’ll Do

HOURS Required: Monday-Wednesday 2PM-10PM and Saturday-Sunday 8AM-4PM

  • The Supervisor performs the basic functions of the Night Manager in his/her absence and/or while working together under the Project Managers guidance & supervision. Primary responsibilities are to ensure efficient operation of one or more sites. Duties include monitoring and assisting staff during shift times, assisting with an customer related issues that arise during shift times, issuing citations, maintaining a daily log of events, minor maintenance and custodial functions & performing other duties as assigned.

    • Strong customer service skills
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer, tablet, and copier/printer, telephone.
  • Work is performed primarily outdoors.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 
Work is performed outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
