What You’ll Do

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at REEF, you will get to do more than developing demand generation campaigns, but you will also discover new market opportunities by performing in-depth research. More specifically, you will get to:

  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
  • Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
  • Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
  • Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • Promote new product & service features using lead nurturing tactics
  • Discover new marketing opportunities by performing market analysis
  • Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing campaigns
  • Contribute to the content development for target consumers
  • Translating performance of demand generation campaigns to leadership
  • Continuously develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within a customer’s journey in order to optimize conversion rates
  • Develop customer loyalty programs to re-engage with existing customers

What We Want From You:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in fast-paced technology companies
  • Expertise with Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cost effective marketing campaigns with clear ROI focused metrics
  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills and ongoing proactive ideation
  • Proficiency in MS suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent writing, grammar, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship management and people skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative, flexible, and effective in a cross-functional workplace with diverse teams and shifting priorities
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and projects at once and meet deadline
  • Past experience working restaurant brands (especially digital promotions) a plus, but not required
