What You’ll Do

 We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will be directly responsible for leading paid media initiatives, strategy and execution with an emphasis on driving sales and customer acquisition for important B2B & DTC growth areas of the business. You will lead the development, management, and deployment of our growth marketing strategy across multiple projects including the coordination, engagement, and deployment of third-party service providers and contractors. This role will oversee SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social and affiliate programs along with offline/digital media planning & buying. The Director of Growth Marketing will bring innovative customer acquisition ideas to market, driving cost-effective acquisition and engagement strategy to maximize value. The ideal candidate has expertise planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, direct response marketing, a history of performance based on data-driven insights, experience working with ad tech platforms, and the ability to think entrepreneurially. This is a critical position that requires an individual who is a thought leader with clear communication and leadership abilities to bring scalability to products in a hyper-growth company. A few examples of what you will drive as part of this critical role: 

  • Lead overall growth marketing and media strategy with the goal of acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, and building long term brand value. 
  • Work closely with internal and external marketing teams across multiple business segments in multiple verticals to ensure best in class results and practices. 
  • Maximize value of marketing spend across all assets. 
  • Select, deploy, and manage market-leading, data-driven tactics that allows us to market effectively to our customers. 
  • Develop and implement a consistent reporting framework that shows the effectiveness of our growth marketing strategy. 
  • Drive our teams toward being more data-driven, analytical, and ROI-focused. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on all marketing strategies and execution. 
  • Help define and manage reporting, analytics and success metrics. 
  • Lead growth marketing planning on an ongoing basis. 
  • Recommend, advise, and source on the use of technologies and vendors. 
  • Manage and/or assist with the management of 3rd party service providers and agencies, maximizing value and effectiveness across all properties. 
  • Stay abreast of SEO and SEM and implement new and updated online presence techniques. 
  • Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies to maximum profitability. 
  • Effectively communicate with business leads, product, creative, vendors and other cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion 
  • Collaborate across marketing departments to implement cross channel campaigns (social, content, brand, PR, growth, etc). 
  • Implement new tools and features as needed to improve effectiveness of marketing channels 

What We Want From You:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum eight years of experience in a marketing role  
  • Minimum five years in a management position  
  • Passionate about data, analytics and technology. 
  • Proficiency in MS suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
  • Excellent writing, grammar, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Strong relationship management and people skills 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities 
  • Collaborative, flexible, and effective in a cross-functional workplace with diverse teams and shifting priorities 
  • Able to balance multiple priorities and projects at once and meet deadlines
