What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. As a Director of Growth Marketing, you will be directly responsible for leading paid media initiatives, strategy and execution with an emphasis on driving sales and customer acquisition for important B2B & DTC growth areas of the business. You will lead the development, management, and deployment of our growth marketing strategy across multiple projects including the coordination, engagement, and deployment of third-party service providers and contractors. This role will oversee SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social and affiliate programs along with offline/digital media planning & buying. The Director of Growth Marketing will bring innovative customer acquisition ideas to market, driving cost-effective acquisition and engagement strategy to maximize value. The ideal candidate has expertise planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, direct response marketing, a history of performance based on data-driven insights, experience working with ad tech platforms, and the ability to think entrepreneurially. This is a critical position that requires an individual who is a thought leader with clear communication and leadership abilities to bring scalability to products in a hyper-growth company.
