What You’ll Do

As the Director of Learning Services, you will manage a team of content developers and an LMS system. Your team “owns” the overall user learning experience that designs, develops, delivers, and tracks intuitive and prescriptive digital and blended learning experiences. Your mission: help thousands of our worldwide team members consistently and efficiently perform their job. 

You will advocate for both the end-user and our development team by establishing content management lifecycles and content models, establishing authoring and publishing standards and governance for online content. You will collaborate with our Learning Business Partners globally. You will be a learning content expert who has had demonstrated leadership roles managing learning content development teams, using content authoring tools, and scaling content delivery. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Manage a team developing the educational blueprint for traditional and innovative learning experiences at a fast-growing start-up. 
  • Drive content creation and delivery strategies across all business areas by applying effective Instructional Design, storytelling, and user engagement best practices. 
  • Continue developing our end-to-end learning strategy in alignment with REEF talent and operational teams, working across multiple verticals resulting in cohesive prescriptive learning content, plans, and talent development solutions. 
  • Developing quarterly learning product roadmaps that allow our L&D team to meet the current and future needs of a fast-growing start-up. 
  • Partner with business and technology teams to assess the current content experience and determine immediate and long-term needs to support amazing experiences. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain high-quality, multi-format content outputs in many languages.

What We Want From You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Content Management, Storytelling, or another relevant discipline. 
  • Experience with content creation tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Creative Suite, etc.), LMS systems, project management, and team building/management. 
  • Demonstrated Project/Program Management skills. 
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects.
