What You’ll Do

In this role, you will leverage your background in employee engagement and/or learning and development to drive best practices in employee engagement and communication to accelerate the ways in which we do work. You will implement tools and processes to lead the employee engagement experience with the goals of consistent and measurable best practices, continuous improvement, and employee retention.
The Director of Employee Engagement is genuinely motivated by seeing others thrive in their work and possesses coaching skills that unlock growth and development that reflect REEF’s cultural and leadership values. This is a highly collaborative position that requires a high level of organization, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of the employee life cycle.

What We Want From You

  • 5+ years of employee and/or customer engagement experience with a focus on project/program management, communications, and change management.
  • Excellent technical proficiency, including a strong ability to learn and train others on platforms (specifically 15Five).
  • Skillful in communicating with and influencing a wide range of stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, and business partners.
  • Experience driving leadership development, coaching, and effectiveness by aligning programs, processes, and training to core values and beliefs.
  • Ability to “own” initiatives that maintain high-performing, collaborative, and innovative teams.
  • Experience measuring the employee experience (including data collection and analysis) to keep the "pulse" of the current organizational culture and create new relevant engagement strategies and tactics.
  • A passion to help employees succeed, build trust, and be empathetic.
