What You’ll Do

  • Define a REEF Technology strategy for Fulfillment, lead efforts to understand the different business models for our customers – with related technology; provide business process and system support to the operations team and act as lead for company internal initiatives
  • Maintain technical competency and remaining current in changes in technology and in the industry
  • Providing broad technical and functional knowledge of various key technology and business platforms
  • Lead and facilitate workshop sessions and functional design process, gather business requirements, complete fit-gap analysis, manage UAT and production trouble shooting
  • Perform configuration, identify business issues, solutions and benefits
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions as necessary
  • Drive high-impact, long-term initiatives by partnering with cross-functional support groups
  • Build tools, processes and capabilities to ensure long-term durability of implemented projects and technology solutions
  • Support the learning and development of the organization preparing documentation, SOPs, design documents, others
  • Breakdown complex issues into various parts using critical thinking skills to establish high value priorities and develop a plan to close gaps

What We Want From You:

  • Masters degree preferred, bachelors degree required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate long-term vision, build cross-functional relationships and effectively delegate tasks
  • Experience working closely with your team in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines
  • Deep functional expertise and hands on experience in WMS configurations, training, knowledge transfer and documentation
  • Understand systems integration requirements between the WMS and other supply chain systems like TMS, OMS and LMS
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of a fulfillment operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at prioritization and multitasking
  • Proven track record as not only a “coach/leader” leading others, but also having the willingness and ability to roll up the sleeves and engage in detailed execution when required
