What You’ll Do
Delivery platforms are the engine of growth for REEF and at the core of its success. The Director of Onboarding, Delivery Platforms will lead key aspects of delivery partner operations to support REEF’s international growth plans. This position is part of a highly visible team within the company that requires confident leadership and an entrepreneurial-minded individual comfortable with interacting with senior level stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of DP Central Ops, this person will manage certain aspects of the relationship with delivery platform partners from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives. This role will partner closely with the REEF’s brand teams to ensure successful new brand (kitchen and retail) launches as well as expansion efforts of existing brands.
The role offers a steep learning curve, the opportunity to scale a business, close partnership with our executive leadership team, and a platform to make a lasting impact. Delivery Service Platforms (DSPs) such as Uber Eats provide two key services for REEF: marketplace (demand generation) and fulfillment (delivery to consumer). You will own the end-to-end operations for REEF as it relates to the DSPs: onboarding new brands, ensuring quality control on menus, troubleshooting real-time issues for REEF on DSPs, data analytics and more. You and your team will play a key role in ensuring REEF maximizes sales on the DSPs. Partner with brand success and launch teams to ensure successful pilot launches for new brands and expansion efforts for existing brands
