What You’ll Do 
The Director of Talent Acquisition, Kitchens, will lead and grow a comprehensive and candidate-centric talent function serving all levels of the REEF ecosystem with a focus on talent acquisition, sourcing and management. 

  • Provide strategic direction, facilitate goal setting, monitor KPI’s and deliver regular feedback to help team members achieve their professional goals. Lead, coach, develop and manage remote Talent Acquisition Business Partners 
  • Employment Brand: Drive and execute employment brand  
  • Workforce Planning Management: Work with Hiring Managers in the organization to proactively plan their staffing needs in advance while building a talent bench and sourcing passive talent company-wide 
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies, RPOs and Talent Acquisitions vendors and partners 
  • Talent Systems: Manage the configuration, optimization and maintenance of talent systems to meet the needs of the business; serve as primary administrator for the ATS, assessment and career site 
  • Strategic Talent Recruitment: Develop and execute a talent acquisition and management strategy to proactively address our aggressive expansion plans that target diverse pools of talent. Explore the latest recruitment technology and methods to find innovative staffing solutions to overcome hiring barriers 
  • Continually assess business processes to increase the talent function capacity 
  • Lead and support cross functional projects, championing the Talent Acquisition perspective

What We Want From You 

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • MS Office Proficiency  
  • ATS Proficiency  
  • Strong analytical and people skills 
  • 10+ years of talent acquisition experience (Technical, Hourly and Corporate experience required) 
  • Restaurant/Hospitality recruitment experience preferred 
  • Multi-brand experience preferred  
  • Minimum of 6+ years of supervisory experience
