You will be a T&E key leader who will oversee all activity related to the various travel, corporate card, purchasing card, fuel card and Concur expense systems.  You will help govern all Concur procedures, processes, and protocols as well as critical support oversight of all corporate card, purchasing cards, and fuel card programs. You will also be responsible for strategic development of the global T&E program, including project management, project delivery, and ongoing support.  If you are inquisitive by nature and eager to help elevate shared processes for a high-growth business, we have got a Travel and Expense Leadership Position role just for you!


Foster Concur Education, Adherence & Compliance

Support the Concur T&E Specialist and the support team in daily activities. Provide strategic counsel and direction to employees to support travel arrangement booking processes for air, hotel, car, and ground transportation as well as inquiries relative to any of our corporate card programs. Negotiate contracts and act as a procurement lead for all contracts including internal processing and remittances.  Work with various AP teams to support the multiple organizations and their unique programs and processes.  Ensure consistency and accuracy of travel and expense processing to support alignment with company policies, internal controls, and tax requirements


Act as a Concur Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Support daily expense program activities on both the Concur Expense as well as the Concur Travel modules, fuel program, purchasing card programs, and the Jira ticketing tool. Channel travel and expense knowledge by completing special projects, developing, and delivering management reporting, and supporting training content and programs. Investigate and resolve T&E-related issues and queries


Build Rapport with Employees & Cross-Functional Teams

Mobilize Concur Pro, Concur Travel, and personal expense processing and auditing functions to foster positive consumer attitudes and cultivate customer success Assist in managing expense submission process to drive customer success by processing approved travel profile and system access requests Partner with the various global teams on various projects to drive a successful global travel and expense program.

Partner with IT to develop processes to replace manual activity currently in use

Requirements / Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Accounting or Finance preferred. Demonstrated strong academic performance and leadership skills developed through experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting including experience with Travel and Entertainment expense analysis. Prior experience in financial services and/or private equity industry is desired.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven accounting and financial capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing off-shore teams preferred.
  • Willingness to lead analysts and execute job functions are required.
  • Experience with Concur module preferred.
