What you will do
Vendor onboarding & management on our core Source to Pay platform (COUPA)
Collecting and processing necessary documentation from vendors
Setting up vendor accounts in the platform
Processing credit applications for new vendors
Verification of guides and maintaining consumption data in the platform
Creating vendor catalogs, maintaining price updates and follow through of invoices
Administering our core ordering system of production units (GALLEY)
Adding new vendors to system, mapping vendor ingredients and substitutes for new brands/MSAs
Cross-checking correct SKUs with supply chain forecasts, addressing ingredient call-outs from Brands team
Documentation & reporting
Monitoring all department activities on our core task management tool (ASANA)
Creating brand/supplier/MSA specific order guides
Conducting regular reporting activities
Consolidating invoices from multiple vendor portals in to COUPA
Regular coordination with other departments e.g. Finance, Accounts Payable and similar
Supporting direct/indirect sourcing activities, coordinating drop ships & samples
Working with a flexible schedule that can suit US Time Zones when necessary
Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
2- 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing and/or supply chain functions
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), and experience with SharePoint preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple parties and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
Results-oriented and customer-focused.
