What You'll Do:

We are currently seeking customer focused, responsible and enthusiastic people to join our team to work at various event locations such as:

Fiserv Forum (5th Street Parking Structure)
Part –Time Positions Include:
Parking Cashiers
Traffic Directors/Ambassadors
Porter

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following job duties:

Responsibilities:

• Greet each customer with a friendly and welcoming smile
• Keeping your cash organized and knowing what you have on hand
• Making sure you plan ahead to have adequate change on hand
• Ensuring your cash and tickets are sorted throughout the shift
• Keeping money secure
• Reporting all overages and shortages
• Resolving customer inquiries quickly and efficiently
• Responsible for being punctual and ensuring that you are punching in at the beginning and end of your shift
• Adhering to Impark & (Fiserv Forum) dress code for proper attire and grooming
• Maintaining a safe and secure work environment
• Reporting all odd occurrences or strange persons to a manager or supervisor
• Completing all Impark documents completely, accurately and neatly;

What We Want From You

• Previous cash handling experience required (if applying to be a cashier)
• Display a great customer service attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts, overtime(OT) when needed; ability to work weekends is a must
• Working individually and/or in a team environment
• Must be able to work outdoors through inclement conditions
• Excellent math skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18+ years old
