Essential Job Functions
The Field Kitchen Trainer Coordinator identifies and communicates best practices across all operations divisions and channels to develop and drive consistency in work processes and benchmarking standards of performance of Operations leaders. The Kitchen Trainer Coordinator is the key driver in developing and implementing a culture of continuous improvement throughout REEF.
