What You’ll Do
The Field Learning Manager (FLM) is responsible for leading REEF's training processes for all hourly Staff Members, Managers in Training (MITs), & ongoing Manager development programs within their assigned areas. The FLM partners with the HR Department to ensure compliance with HR systems in their assigned areas. The FLM is the liaison between the Business Application Departments and the Operations Staff Members to ensure consistent in-field training and the rollout of Company initiatives. The FLM partners with the City General Manager (GM) to ensure REEF training standards are consistently followed.
