Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Coordinator to support and assist operations in
managing the day to day tasks along with monthly planning. This is a highly visible
role requiring multitasking and organizational skills with managing deadlines. This is
a fast-paced work environment which will require collaboration with various
departments within the company. Reporting to the Vice President, Kitchen & Retail
Operations, with a dotted functional reporting line to Finance – FP&A team.
The Financial Coordinator is responsible for being the liaison between Operations
and other departments within the organization. From daily audits to collecting input
from the field to ensure operations is accurate and timely administered and running
efficiently. The role will require regular communication and training of staff.

Essential Job Functions
• Effective communication skills and proficiency with emails – Outlook and
Teams
• Provide customer service and provide support internally to the operation team
on the administrative tasks
• Working with Operations and Finance to prepare the monthly budget plan
o Ensure all Purchase Orders are done timely and accurately with Area
Directors
o Helps with the invoice Reconciliation process and owns the follow up
with suppliers
o Follow up on disputed invoices in partnership with Procurement and
Area Leader

Job Description
o Reconciling invoices against Vendor statements
o Audit contract pricing against invoices
o Onboard of new Vendors
• Daily/Weekly controls of Food transfers, cycle counts and validating accuracy
and ensure resolution and follow up
• Daily/Weekly controls of labor allocation and validating accuracy and ensure
resolution and follow up or issue escalation
• Ensuring company policies are compliant
Education/Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in an Administrative role/Finance role
• Foodservice, multi-unit, hospitality or retail industry experience is preferred
• Comfortable with using MS office and other operations software (e.g.: Coupa,
UKG, Galley) working experience with Excel
• Work experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong organizational skills and rigor
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with the leadership
team
• Solid understanding of Inventory management and restaurant/food business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Multitasking skills and managing priorities
• Exercise good judgement and identify opportunities for improvement
• Adaptive skill set and willingness to learn
