We are seeking a Monthly Parking Customer Services Representative for our Seattle, WA branch who provides consistent and professional customer service in assisting internal and external customers with monthly parking requirements.
Greet walk-in customers and handle their enquiries in a timely and friendly manner;
Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally;
Assign devices to new parkers and refund deposits for returned devices
Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately;
Provide user support/assistance to customers using the web-based interface;
Other duties as assigned.
1-2 years of customer service experience required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior customer service skills and the commitment to work as a team member.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
