The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for developing solutions to address both assignee and business needs while ensuring policies are met as well as maintaining program competitiveness within the global mobility market.
Responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of REEF’s global mobility programs, policies, and procedures in collaboration with Fragomen Immigration Services and other vendors. Partners with Compensation, Benefits, leaders, TA and HRBP colleagues to ensure global mobility programs align with business strategic objectives and needs.
Ensure business and customer needs are met, provide consultations to TA, HRBP and the business for highly complex cases, manage escalations, vendor performance and overall compliance. Works in close partnership with vendors to ensure global mobility programs and processes are integrated and supported in the REEF service environment.
The position requires you to be highly collaborative as you work closely with senior partners within several teams including Talent, Finance and Legal across REEF both domestically and abroad.
