What You’ll Do

  • Enterprise architecture oversight of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem​
  • Own Salesforce vision, strategy and roadmap and lead the respective cloud owners in delivering on this vision​
  • Enable the collaboration across teams to facilitate the delivery of cross-product dependencies negotiating work prioritization when required​
  • Influence strategic process and system decisions with company-wide impact ​
  • Maximize business value creation by working closely with systems users, business owners and technical stakeholders to create and maintain the vision and aspirational roadmap in alignment with REEF priorities​
  • Develop and communicate measurements of progress and business impact of the platforms to Business Functional leadership​
  • Oversee delivery of the consolidated platform and its expansion to international regions, franchises and various partners​
  • Lead the team responsible for the creation of reusable tools, processes and technology built on the Salesforce platform to be consumed by product teams​
  • Define integration strategy with third-party and custom tools, and drive Mulesoft strategy and best practices​
  • Own preferred vendor decisions and relationships for the Salesforce platform and ecosystem products and services ​
  • Own recommendations for Salesforce and product ecosystem licensing and consumption​
  • Responsible for delivery of Salesforce platform insights across products​
  • Present funding recommendation for ongoing and future team spend through demonstrable value creation, business cases and the creation of success indicators (leading and lagging).​


Qualifications What we are looking for ​

  • 10+ years of experience with Salesforce ecosystem​
  • Strong understanding the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the way Salesforce can empower the workflow of an organization.​
  • Experience in system architecture, development, and integration using Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms​
  • Proven ability to build a hybrid team of employees and consultants for optimal stability, scalability, and efficiency.​
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders while ensuring a sustainable pace of work.​
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technological solutions and influence process and system decisions that have company-wide impact​
  • Ability to break down complex problems and projects into manageable goals and align initiatives with the overall business strategy.​
  • Application development experience (force.com, Java or C#, ERP, integration, data management, mobile)​
