Head of Kitchens Marketing - Europe

What You’ll Do:

We are looking for Head of Kitchens Marketing to join our Marketing team and oversee Kitchens Marketing initiatives in Europe. As the Head of Kitchens Marketing you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our overall kitchens marketing strategy for Europe.

In addition, you will lead the team of marketers responsible for the messaging, packaging, and delivery of our products to market.

This is a critical position that requires an individual who is a thought leader with clear communication and leadership abilities to support marketing efforts for both our restaurant partners and internal restaurant concepts in a hyper-growth company.

• Create marketing strategies for all Neighbourhood Kitchens brands in Europe (both internal brands and external partner brands)
• Prepare marketing/communication plans to ensure that all new initiatives are rolled out effectively
• Implement and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach and engagement in collaboration with Marketing, Events, Social and Media teams
• Closely collaborate with public relations teams in Europe and the US to ensure integrated marketing/communications success
• Lead and oversee all advertising and promotional activities for Neighbourhood Kitchens brands in Europe
• Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings and daily line ups as required
• Oversee the preparation, compilation & implementation of data/insights for the strategic marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as required
• Manage weekly update to corporate team on Neighbourhood Kitchens marketing results in Europe
• Develop innovative programs and pitch partnerships to incubate new products and drive total brand awareness in an effort to support retail business
• Establish and foster new relationships that drive revenue and increase brand awareness for the brands

What We Want From You:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum ten years’ experience in Kitchens and/or Hospitality Marketing
• Minimum five years in a management position
• Knowledgeable and passionate about food and beverage industry trends and news
• Knowledgeable about marketing channels and fundamentals
• Proficiency in MS suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent writing, grammar, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong relationship management and people skills
• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities
• Functions well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to balance multiple priorities and projects at once and meet deadlines
