What You'll Do

▪ Develop strategies on optimising repair and maintenance service for REEF mobile assets and equipment

▪Identify and secure qualified vendors and repair services as required to meet business needs

▪ Own Maintenance P&L for all REEF EU locations

▪ Ensure frequent and timely reporting on service levels to Operations

▪ Serve as POC for specific territories of kitchens to provide Operations with day-to-day run the business support

▪Implement tools and systems for data-driven preventive maintenance strategy

▪ Monitor and report equipment performance and inform future strategies through reporting and analytics

▪ Lead the development of budgets for repair and maintenance with key stakeholders, managing to approved budgets, and executing strategies to reduce cost

▪ Prepare capital allocation strategies and manage budgets associated with equipment replacement and remodels in partnership with Finance and Operations

▪ Develop and maintain a repair vs. replace decision matrix/model


Technical Skills

▪ Strong technical knowledge of all aspects of restaurant facilities maintenance, including HVAC, refrigeration, food prep and production equipment, electrical, plumbing and building systems and finishes

▪ Financial acumen and understanding of budgets, project planning and estimating

▪ Well versed in technology platforms to maximise its impact on R&M spend and trend analysis Soft Skills

▪ Strong communication skills and project management skills

▪ Strong organisation, planning and computer skills e.g. facilities management tools and Excel

▪ Excellent consulting skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders to get things accomplished within a matrix organisation


What We Want From You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • At least 5 years' experience in large, dispersed fleet, asset, facilities maintenance and/or operations
  • Demonstrated Maintenance program development or strategy experience
  • Desired:
  • Master of Business Administration desired
  • Contractor License or certification in trades
  • Field Service or Support in the Aviation, RV, Construction, or Commercial Kitchens Industries
  • Demonstrated problem solving/risk mitigation experience
  • Demonstrated project/program budget and cost planning and execution
