What You’ll Do
This is an exciting new opportunity to utilize your creative and technical skills to help shape the future of HR Information Systems at REEF. You will be the bridge between HR Systems and our employees/managers, providing superior technical expertise to improve user experience with the system. You are an innovator, problem-solver, and have a learners’ mindset, which will be essential for systems support, process improvement, and employee data compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities • Manages system access, troubleshooting, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users. • Responds to and troubleshoots Tier 1 support tickets, recommends process/systems improvements where continual issues exist. • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements. • Confirms accuracy and maintains integrity of all data entered in HRIS. • Performs regular employee data and user security audits; researches/reports on any data discrepancies. • Provides basic reporting assistance for HRIS users, adhering to security guidelines. • Responds verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints, or problems, providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures. • Assist and support others on difficult assignments and/or problems as directed. • Participates in special projects as assigned.
What We Want from You
• 3-6 years of experience with HR information systems. • 1-2 years of experience with HR Reporting and Analytics. • Technical understanding of at least one enterprise HRIS (we use UKG/UltiPro and UKG Dimensions, formerly Kronos, which is preferred, but not required). • Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement • Understanding of all areas of HR information systems, including HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance. • Learners’ mindset and a strong desire to advance your knowledge in HR Systems. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent time management skills while supporting multiple projects. • Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly. • Relationship building and customer service oriented
