What You’ll Do

The Project Manager leads the Human Resources implementation for an internal REEF initiative by partnering with stakeholders to guide, maintain and support our HRIS solution. They will administer and review an HRIS Project Plan for management, and communication to all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. This position ensures all HRIS components are configured and tested timely and accurately.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management:

  • Provides elite-level support to all parties within the project to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Defines a detailed implementation plan which includes the goal of 100% accurate information
  • Works with process owners to map their current process, understand pain points and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies within the HRIS solution
  • Provides frequent feedback regarding product gaps or potential new features through discussion and solution design sessions and makes recommendations to management.
  • Submits all sensitive data through appropriate platforms in accordance with REEF Technology Security Standards
  • Coordinates with process owners to collect setup documentation
  • Proactively anticipates REEF’s needs and assesses risk
  • Actively drives the company vision through the utilization of the HRIS solution
  • Holds team accountable to project objectives and timelines
  • Consistently meets internal deadlines for reports, training, etc.
  • Conducts weekly stakeholder meetings to update all parties on upcoming deadlines and project status
  • Assertive in addressing, conveying and implementing change management best practices.
  • Ability to work across product, development, and change management teams
  • Document specific development requirements regarding HRIS and GL Configuration

Education/Certification:     

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma (White Belt, Green Belt), CSM, PMP, MBA or comparable program preferred

Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years of applicable experience in a customer-facing role in one of the following areas: SAAS, Human Resources, system implementation or project management
  • Understanding of General Ledger and ERP Systems
