What You’ll Do
The Maintenance Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.
Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
Assist with staff related issues, covering shifts, maintaining schedules Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned location(s).
Assist with management duties as assigned. Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Director of Maintenance.
Assist with maintaining work orders, fulfilling contractual responsibilities with the client and ensure that all technological programs are being utilized properly.
Substitute for any position, if necessary.
Have a thorough knowledge of all the areas of the facilities, additional locations, as well as the major streets, landmarks and freeways of the area of the facilities.
Perform the following tasks in the field with the maintenance team: - Landscaping - Weed Cutting - Bush and Tree Trimming/Removal - Leaf Clean-up - Trash Pick-up and Removal - Drain Clearing - Garage Sweeping - Shoveling, De-Icing - Painting -Complete other duties as needed.
Education/Requirements: • Must be honest, trustworthy and self-motivated • Must be willing to work long days and go the extra mile to ensure company-wide success • Must be willing to be on-call 24/7 during the winters to provide storm response services • Must possess quality leadership skills with a proven track record of leading by example • Must have valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation • Must be at least 18 years of age • Background check and drug screening required
