What You’ll Do

The Facility Manager has the responsibility for managing, coordinating and supervising all parking personnel for the facility, daily operations, customer interaction and all other duties assigned. This manager will perform any duties not specifically listed to facilitate smooth operations and shall abide by and ensure adherence to established policies, rules, procedures and regulations. 

  • Oversee assistant manager, supervisors, weekend managers, maintenance and frontline staff
  • Ensure all employees comply with security and safety programs
  • Provide management and supervisor schedules
  • Assign duties and oversee schedules established by the assistant manager
  • Hire, train and evaluate the development of all employees
  • Observe and evaluate the performance of all parking personnel and conduct unannounced inspections at various times of the day and week, including non-business hours if needed.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, corporate office and field
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Implement and ensure company policy and procedures are adhered too
  • Vendor negotiation and contracts

What We Want From You:

  • Related Experience in Service Industry
    • Preferably 2+ Years experience in the parking business or a related field 
  • Additional skill or attribute:
    • A strong leader who is eager to contribute their skills to a fast paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple issues and projects at once. 
  •  Additional skill or attribute:
    • Excellent organization, communication, writing, and presentation skills; experience managing teams and working collaboratively across multiple levels, functions, and regions

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Frequently operate parking equipment, small office equipment such as a computer, tablet, and copier/printer, telephone.
  • Work is performed in a professional healthcare office environment.
  • Minor troubleshooting and repair of parking equipment.

Work is performed mostly indoors and some time will be required outdoors supporting staff and equipment.
