What You'll Do

Lead a diverse asset management and quality control team as well as 3rd party vendors to develop and execute a system for quality and maintenance actions. Ensure quality of Mobile Assets and maintain the fleet in safe, working, and operational order.

More Specifically

  • Develop, communicate, and implement a strategy for fleetwide asset maintenance and quality assurance to minimize asset-related downtime
  • Create and maintain a real-time list of the availability for each asset in the fleet and a system of reporting availability updates.
  • Lead the team executing maintenance actions to address repair requests. 
  • Develop and maintain a system to document all maintenance actions which occur by the Vessel and installed component.
  • Establish maintenance policy and procedures to address routine, urgent, and life safety maintenance discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve new use case requirements and asset needs
  • Analyze quality control data to influence and improve Vessel production, maintenance data to minimize asset-related downtime
  • Develop a network of approved vendors to provide all types of maintenance and quality control services.
  • Identify and evaluate solutions to design requirements. Act as the subject matter expert for design and production for maintainability inputs.
  • Establish acceptance criteria for new vessel introduction


What We Want From You


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • At least 5 years' experience in large, dispersed fleet, asset, facilities maintenance and/or operations
  • Demonstrated Maintenance program development or strategy experience


  • Master of Business Administration desired
  • Contractor License or certification in trades
  • Field Service or Support in the Aviation, RV, Construction, or Commercial Kitchens Industries
  • Demonstrated problem solving/risk mitigation experience
  • Demonstrated project/program budget and cost planning and execution
