Multi Unit Kitchen Manager - REEF Kitchens 

Location - London
Salary - Up to £40k plus bonus and benefits

REEF is growing fast, and we are partnering with well known restaurant brands expanding across our network of delivery only kitchens in local neighbourhoods! 

We are seeking a Multi Unit Kitchen Manager who will lead the teams across several kitchen locations within our network across London. The successful Multi Unit Manager will have excellent leadership and people skills and will join a fantastic team with a passion for quality. 

Our Kitchens operate multiple food brands including Wendy's®, Sides by Sidemen, Another Wing by DJ Khaled, The Athenian and growing Indian food brand Kricket, this is a great opportunity to work across multiple brands in our delivery kitchens.

Responsibilities 

• Deliver P&L on budget, revenue and customer review targets 
• Oversee all schedules, labour costs, purchasing forecasts including daily wastage and staff food costs 
• Put a pipeline in place for future progression across all levels 

• Being involved in the interview process for new supervisors and team members; coach, develop, mentor, and show clear direction 
• Regular meetings with your site managers (Vessel Captains) on all things operational and also their development 
• Be a problem solver, ready on call if needed within working business hours, and be prepared to work on site within the kitchen if necessary 
• Make sure operations guidance and compliance is adhered to by all sites 
• Review Delivery Service Provider performance. Identify areas of opportunity and action 

• Work cross teams on all things HR, Payroll, Recruitment and Suppliers on any needs required per site 
• Be a REEF Ambassador and own the brands, deliver a positive can-do attitude everyday 
• Be present at the sites daily and be open to listening to our frontline employees to tackle issues with management, service, systems and products 
• Support new openings within your region 

Skills and Experience 

• Experience leading operationally and managing a commercial kitchen 
• Able to travel regularly between kitchen locations 
• Passionate about food, enjoy the buzz of leading in a fast-paced kitchen environment 
• Positive and engaging, able to create a respectful and collaborative kitchen environment 
• Able to multi-task and prioritise work, being organised and working under time pressure 

• Strong leadership and people management skills - ability to educate, train and inspire, developing team members to contribute to the overall success of the business, as well as supporting their own personal growth 
• Experienced in a high volume and high-quality environment 
• Has extensive knowledge and basis in all financial aspects of the business - understanding of budgets, cost controls, and forecasting.
